CLASS TYPES

Reformer 

The Reformer uses springs, pulleys, and a moving carriage to provide a low-impact, full-body workout. Focusing on controlled movements, it improves strength, flexibility, and core stability, while enhancing body awareness. 

Tower 

The Tower uses springs and bars to provide a variety of resistance exercises that enhance core strength, improve flexibility, and increase body awareness. This low-impact, full-body workout promotes better balance and is very beginner-friendly. 

Jumpboard

Jumpboard offers the perfect blend of energy and precision. Using a cushioned attachment on the Reformer, you'll enjoy dynamic cardio through low-impact jumps that boost coordination and strengthen your core.

Strength

Combine Pilates precision with the power of resistance training. Taught on the Tower or Reformer, this class uses weights (3-25 lbs) to build strength, improve alignment, and take your fitness to the next level.

Stretch

Release tension and improve flexibility in this restorative class. Using foam rollers, trigger point balls, and spring-assisted stretches on the Reformer and/or Tower, you'll gently stretch and relax muscles, enhancing mobility and range of motion. 

Prenatal 

A bi-weekly class combining Reformer and Mat Pilates, carefully designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy. Each session focuses on strengthening the pelvic floor, teaching safe abdominal engagement, and building muscular strength to support unstable joints, all while optimizing stamina for labor.

Mommy & Me 

This intimate class, taught on the Mat and Reformer, is designed for postpartum women with non-mobile babies. Focus on restoring core and pelvic floor strength, healing diastasis recti, and improving posture and overall strength. A nurturing space to help you feel strong and confident postpartum.
