DYNAMIC:
ATHLETIC FLOW
Significant Reformer experience required for this athletic style class that incorporates props like weights, resistance bands, and more. Designed to build strength, endurance, and control, this class moves at a faster pace and includes complex sequences. Comfort with standing lunges on the carriage is essential, as no modifications are offered.
Ignite: Advanced Athletic
Ignite combines the precision of Pilates with the intensity of strength and conditioning for a full-body burn. This advanced-level class uses heavier weights & powerful athletic movement to sculpt, tone, and push your muscles to their max. Expect high energy, minimal rest, and a serious challenge - this is where strength meets stamina. Prior experience with Dynamic is required.
