
STUDIO POLICIES
Before Class:
Arrive 5 minutes early to settle in and get ready to move.
Bring a water bottle (we’ve got a water station for quick refills!).
Wear grip socks for safety and stability
What to Expect:
Our classes have a max of 6 students.
We have cubbies for your belongings (they don’t lock).
For safety reasons, we can’t allow anyone to join more than 5 minutes after the start of class – so please plan to be on time!*
*If you’re more than 5 minutes late, we reserve the right to mark you as absent and you will lose your class.
Purchase Policies:
Packages expire 30, 60, or 90 days from the date of purchase.
Extensions and transfers on class packs or single classes are not offered.
All class packages, memberships, private sessions, and gift cards are non-refundable.
All events and workshops are final sale and non-refundable.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made online or through the app (no phone or email cancellations).
Private Session Late Cancellations: 24-hour notice required to avoid a charge.
Class Late Cancellations (less than 12 hours before class):
Unlimited Members: $15 fee.
All other sessions/packages: Loss of class.
No-Show
If you do not show up for your class and do not cancel, your class will be deducted from your account and you will be charged a penalty fee. Unlimited Members: $25 fee. All other sessions/packages: $15 fee.
Waitlist:
To join the waitlist, you must purchase a class.
If you don’t get a spot, your class credit will be returned.
12-hour Cancellation Policy: If added to a class, the 12-hour cancellation policy applies.
You can be moved from the waitlist up to 60 minutes before class. Once moved into the class, you will be charged. No-shows will incur a fee.
Please remove yourself from any waitlists for class(es) you no longer plan to attend.
Please do not attempt to attend class unless you've received confirmation that you've been removed from the waitlist and added to the class.
