Our private sessions are perfect if you’re new to Pilates, recovering from an injury or surgery, navigating pregnancy or postnatal needs, or simply wanting extra guidance to reach your goals faster.

Enjoy the personalized focus of one-on-one sessions, where every detail is tailored to support your progress.

For new clients, our special three-session package offers a great introduction:

  • Session 1 Covers Pilates core principles and movement fundamentals

  • Session 2 Introduces the Reformer

  • Session 3 Gets you familiar with the Tower

It’s the ideal way to build confidence and prepare for group classes! Each session is thoughtfully designed by our expert instructors to support your unique fitness journey. 

Sessions are offered Monday through Friday mornings. For availability outside of these times, please inquire via email before booking.
