Meet Angela, a Body Precision-certified Pilates instructor with over a decade of teaching expertise. She enjoys teaching clients of all ages - from young teens to 70 and beyond - and especially loves working with beginners. Angela’s favorite exercise is any variation of Swan (ask her to demo her gorgeous swan dive!). Her go-to playlist features 90s alternative and R&B/Soul, with artists like John Legend and Joss Stone. Outside of Pilates, Angela enjoys yoga, long walks with a great podcast, and partner dancing - she competes in West Coast Swing dancing on the weekends! If she weren’t teaching Pilates, she’d be in a European café, enjoying a glass of wine.

Meet April, a Pilates instructor whose background in physical therapy shapes her thoughtful, client-centered approach. After discovering Pilates in 2017, she knew it was the perfect next step. Certified through Pilates Body Center, April brings fresh, joyful energy to every session and loves when clients finally find that last connection that nails a movement. Outside the studio, she's a music enthusiast with over 100 concerts under her belt. She leans toward hard rock, nu metal, and alt rock—but don’t worry, classes usually include 70s classic rock hits, 80s and 90s favorites, or chill vibes. Her favorite mantra is, 'I am too blessed to be stressed,' and she strives to live in the moment. Outside of teaching, she remains active with hiking and strength training, still working as a PT after 25 years, and spending time with her husband and two children.
-
Meet Audrey! Audrey has been practicing Pilates for over 15 years and teaching for five, with a focus on injury recovery and prevention for dancers and athletes. Certified through the renowned Drexel Pilates Program, her passion for movement comes from her lifelong love affair with dance, and she enjoys helping others discover the power of their mind-body connection. Her favorite apparatuses? The Chair for Pullups and the Reformer for Tendon Stretch. Audrey loves teaching beginners, focusing on breath and helping clients discover something new about their bodies. When she's not teaching Pilates, Audrey is a professional dancer, singer, and actor. Fun fact: she grew up in South Georgia and loves plants and gardening! Her go-to playlist? Anything by Maggie Rogers!

Meet Brooke, a Pilates instructor whose love for movement began at age five, inspired by her professional dancer mother and a childhood filled with dance competitions and musical theater. After earning a degree in Kinesiology from Temple University in 2020, she turned her passion for fitness into a career, earning her certification through Pilates Body Center. Guided by her mantra, “Move with purpose, live with grace, and empower every moment,” Brooke's classes are powered by a playlist of 2000s Pop Hits. She also hosts mini Women's Wellness Retreats and just returned from a Pilates retreat in Costa Rica. When she's not teaching, Brooke loves to travel - and if she weren't a Pilates instructor, she might just be a flight attendant! Fun fact: she once made a cameo on America’s Funniest Home Videos during a “Grease Lightning” dance competition!
-
Meet Francie, an ardent advocate for holistic health and mindful movement with over 20 years of experience in the wellness world. Despite her demanding pharmaceutical consulting job, she dedicates nights and weekends to her passion: Pilates and movement. Certified through Balanced Body, Francie has built her expertise through rigorous specialty programs with renowned instructors Madeline Black, Ilaria Cavagna, and Ellie Herman. In her classes, she blends precision, fluidity, and fun to challenge and inspire her students. Her infectious enthusiasm and unwavering commitment to their progress ensure that every session is both rewarding and enjoyable. Francie's playlist depends on her mood, but her go-to station is Buddha Bar, a famous Paris venue she visited in the 90s, known for its cool, instrumental music with no lyrics. When she's not teaching, you can find Francie traveling the world in search of her next incredible adventure.

Meet Jenny, a Pilates instructor who’s been hooked on the practice for 7 years, thanks to a little push from big sis Rachael (yes, you read that right!). Currently completing her comprehensive certification through the renowned Body Precision Teacher Certification Program, Jenny loves the versatility of Pilates - whether it’s helping you feel strong, flexible, or pain-free, it’s the workout that never bores her. Her favorite apparatus? The Cadillac - think of it as an adult jungle gym, and she’s all about flipping, hanging, and being upside down. With a special fondness for pre/postnatal Pilates (which helped her feel strong again after 3 babies in 4 years), she’s passionate about making every class fun but tough, leaving you feeling like a true queen (or king!). Her go-to playlist? A mashup of 90’s and 2000’s pop, hip hop, emo, country, and a dash of T Swift - basically anything that matches her energetic, fun-loving personality. When she’s not teaching, Jenny is likely walking, lifting weights, coaching cheerleading, or chasing her inner adrenaline junkie.
-
Meet Libby, a Pilates instructor who discovered her love for Pilates six years ago, as it was the first exercise that truly made her feel good and kept her coming back for more. Certified and mentored by BASI legend, Carla Oliva, Libby is passionate about working with pre and postpartum clients. Her favorite apparatus is the Reformer, especially for standing hip work—because strong hips are everything! Libby lives by the quote, “There is no path to happiness, happiness is the path,” and channels that energy into her classes with a mix of 90s pop and punk rock. When she's not teaching Pilates, Libby is a wedding/event florist, enjoys walking and biking, and loves spending time gardening, picking flowers, and baking bread.
-

Now, Maia is completing her comprehensive certification through the renowned Body Precision Teacher Certification Program and uses her favorite piece of equipment—the chair—to keep clients on their toes with its unique challenges. Maia’s focus is on helping clients push their limits safely while staying in tune with their bodies, leaving each session feeling stronger and more accomplished. Outside of Pilates, Maia works in the pharmaceutical industry and is always looking for ways to expand her knowledge of movement and fitness. Her favorite mantra is, “You’re capable of more than you think!"

After taking her first Pilates class 13 years ago, Meghan became hooked and earned her certification through Club Pilates' 500-hour Comprehensive Pilates program in 2019. Her favorite apparatus is the Cadillac, especially for its fun acrobatic exercises and lower back/spine stretches. Specializing in working with dancers and athletes, Meghan creates a safe space where clients can show up with whatever they have to give. She loves playing the 'Pilates Lounge' playlist on Spotify, featuring simple beats to keep the vibe relaxed. Outside of Pilates, Meghan enjoys hiking, walking, and strength training with weights. Fun fact: she has 14 nieces and nephews, the oldest just 4 years younger than her!

Meet Rachel, growing up she didn’t enjoy exercise until she discovered Pilates—a transformative experience that eased her anxiety and left her with a clear mind after every session. Rachel holds certifications from Balanced Body and specializes in strength-focused Pilates and pre/postnatal training. Her favorite apparatus, the Reformer, fuels her creativity with endless possibilities. In her classes, Rachel inspires clients to discover their inner strength, guided by the mantra, "You are always stronger than you believe." Outside the studio, you can find her jamming to Loud Luxury's "Body," staying active with strength training and swimming, or enjoying quality time with loved ones—did you know her first language is Russian?

Certified through Club Pilates' 500-hour Comprehensive Pilates program, Sharon has a special interest in hypermobility disorders, pelvic floor health, and inclusivity. She’s passionate about creating a space where all clients can thrive. Outside of Pilates, Sharon is a rock chick who loves classic rock, hair bands, grunge, and alternative tunes. When she’s not teaching, she enjoys hiking, flatwater kayaking, and has completed 20+ Spartan Races! Her motivational mantra, “DNFQ!” (Do not ‘freakin’ quit!), is a reminder that our minds quit before our bodies do—one she’s relied on during long hikes and races.
-
Meet Tracy! Tracy discovered Pilates 15 years ago after battling back pain from her herniated discs. It worked wonders for her, so much so that she became certified by Peak and started teaching 9 years ago. Tracy loves all the Pilates equipment, but has a special fondness for movements that roll through the spine, like Upstretch. In her classes, she focuses on balance, believing it’s a key element of wellness as we age. Tracy's goal is to help clients feel challenged, successful, and—most importantly—have fun while working every part of their body. Outside of Pilates, Tracy loves cooking, baking, and hiking, and she’s currently into Pvolve for some variety in her fitness routine. Fun fact: She once studied fashion, ventured into finance, and even started designing a resortwear collection—though manufacturing challenges stopped her, she’s grateful for the journey.

Meet Vee! Vee is passionate about bringing more diversity to the Pilates world and has been teaching for four years, certified through Club Pilates. She specializes in working with seniors and athletic men, making sure her classes are both fun and challenging. Outside of Pilates, Vee loves hiking and spending time with family and friends—because a deep belly laugh is great for the core! Fun fact: she has an Emmy! Her go-to class track? "Ain't Nobody" by Chaka Khan.
